I've been an artist since childhood with a passion for creative & healing arts. I have a masters degree in psychology with a specialty in mindfulness education & an elementary education teaching degree. I am a mom to 3 amazing kids & I'm also a yoga, meditation, & mindfulness instructor.

Through my art, studies, and working closely with others, I've learned that by being mindful of our universal energy, we can better balance our lives & live life fully.

It's my purpose & my passion to introduce and teach mindfulness to others.
